How do I return my order?
Germany
- For a free return (only for returns within Germany), please use the online portal of our shipping partner DHL. There you can create and print a free return note via PDF online.
- Attach the return note in a clearly visible way on your return and simply hand it over to a German post office or a DHL parcel shop.
- For the fastest possible returns processing fill out our return slip stating the reasons for return and attach it to the package. This helps us to constantly optimize our products and our services.
Outside Germany
Unfortunately, we can not offer free returns outside of Germany.
